Community Home Care services are carried out by a dedicated team of professionally trained and experienced Support Workers. Our Community Support Workers have a passion for what they do.


Our volunteers are the heart and soul of Community Home Care.

We are very fortunate to have the support of a dedicated team of volunteers who assist us daily. Our volunteers help CHC with many activities including: transport, outings, telephone support and administration. Our volunteers not only make a positive difference to our clients but also to our Community Home Care Family.

All appointed staff and volunteers undergo an extensive hiring process including, professional reference checks and criminal record screening.
