What are we looking for in our team members?
All Community Home Care staff providing services to clients are required to hold a valid Drivers License, current National Police Clearance and be vaccinated against both Influenza and Covid. We will require this evidence prior to commencement of employment.
We employ a range of people with different skills, qualifications and experience in our team. In-Home Workers are employed in entry level roles and as such will receive training for their role, no previous experience or qualifications are required.
We use a fair and equitable selection process to ensure we choose the right people to join our team.
